StayFlexi now offers direct messaging for Booking.com guests without needing to log in to the Booking.com extranet. This feature will soon expand to include Airbnb and other channels.

Our booking engine now supports partial payments, allowing guests to pay a reduced amount during booking. Hotels can incentivize guests with this flexible payment option. Activate this feature via the booking engine configuration page.

Request to Book Option

Introducing the "Request to Book" option for handling last-minute bookings. This feature allows guests to make on-request bookings, providing a seamless and flexible experience.

Room-Level Payment for Group Bookings

Manage group bookings more effectively with room-level payment options. Add and charge cards for individual rooms within a group booking through the Group Reservation Folios in your account dashboard.

Split Bill Functionality in POS

Our POS system now supports Split Bill functionality, allowing bills to be divided by portions, percentages, or individual items. This flexibility enhances the guest experience and simplifies the payment process.

Night Audit

Automatically reconcile daily activities and financial transactions with the Night Audit feature. This system compiles a report of the day's transactions, room bookings, cancellations, and more. Contact your Customer Success Manager to activate this service.

Improved Reservation Calendar

We've redesigned the reservation calendar to enhance user interface and accessibility. Options previously hidden under the three dots menu are now displayed by default, with specific information moved under a 'more' section for improved clarity.
