Now, all enquiry on hold bookings will be visible in the reservation calendar, making it easy for front desk staff to view all bookings on a single page and make decisions based on room availability.
We’ve added a new Room Clean option to the reservation calendar, located next to each room number. This makes it easy for front desk staff to see the status of each room and take immediate action to clean it directly from the calendar grid, without having to navigate to the housekeeping page. With this new feature, you can ensure that all rooms are clean and ready for guests, providing a better overall experience for your customers.
We’ve upgraded our “Do Not Rent” feature, which now includes functionality based on mobile numbers as well. This means that if a customer has been blacklisted and their details are saved in the customer information page, including their mobile number and email ID, the Stayflexi system will identify them the next time they attempt to make a booking. Even if the customer provides a different email ID, as long as the mobile number matches, the system will flag them as blacklisted and suggest to the hotelier that they should not be rented to. This new feature ensures that you can maintain a safe and secure environment for your guests, while also streamlining your operations.
The Flash manager now has a new report that shows both detailed and summary views of payments received by the hotel. This report can be filtered to show payments received for a specific day, month to date, or year to date. You can even download the report as a PDF and print it out if you need a hard copy. The report will be sent to your email for easy access.
We’ve enhanced “Shift Report,” which provides a detailed breakdown of payment information for each shift. With this feature, you can see how much payment was collected during a particular shift and the breakdown of that payment by type, such as cash, card, or UPI. This information is especially useful for managing staff and tracking payment collection. With the Shift Report, you’ll have a clear understanding of how your business is performing on a shift-by-shift basis.
We’ve added several new reports to our Report Scheduler, including Sales Report, Inventory Report, Flash Manager, Master Report, Bar Pricing Report, and Inventory Forecast Report. Additionally, our reports can now be scheduled to be sent via email on a weekly basis. These reports provide valuable insights into your business’s sales, inventory, and overall performance, and make it easy to keep track of your operations on a regular basis. With our new and improved Report Scheduler, you’ll have the information you need to make informed decisions and drive your business forward.
We’ve made improvements to the booking engine to make it easier for guests to understand restrictions set by hotels. If a hotel has implemented a Minimum Length of Stay (MLOS) restriction, the booking engine will now clearly display to guests how many nights they need to select to book a particular room. This way, guests won’t be confused and can easily complete their booking.

1. Refer and earn option has been introduced. This will be useful for existing and new customers where both will be rewarded for referring Stayflexi.
2. Past date check-in & check-out option are added under access control. User will be able to make changes in past check-in and check out dates, only after enabling this option.
3. Daily Expense manager is added to Stayflexi system. With the help of this option you can control costs, and see where and how much money you’re spending. These daily figures can become your marker and help you check whether you’re over or under your monthly budget and become more financially aware.
4. Discount option is added in PMS. Now you can give a discount to your loyal customer when they make any booking via Stayflexi PMS.
5. In group booking add-ons can now be added to room level and payment settlement can also be done at the room level.
6. Under access control Housekeeping staff and supervisor options are added. This will help in restricting access based on the rooms assigned.
7. Group Booking master data is added in folio under 3 dots- This data will give a summary of the bill room-wise.
8. Showing bookings afternoon to afternoon and the redline now shows accurate pointer of the day. This model helps hotels to easily accomodate early check-ins and late check-outs.

1. WhatsApp integration has been done. Now hotels can add Whatsapp numbers, and accordingly notification will be sent for the Magic link and confirmed booking (Charges Applicable).
2. In case of a group booking, under folio 3 dots (Folio Actions) group booking master data is added which will have room-wise add-on and room price break-up details.
3. In group booking, Check-Out is available now on a room-level basis if payment is clear.
4. In group booking, individual guests can now add names to a room.
5. In group booking, a room-level folio is available where the hotel can see the bill for a particular room in a group booking.
6. In the Housekeeping, a remark column is added under the housekeeping charter so that staff and supervisors can add remarks against a particular room. It will help the housekeeping staff in passing the information for a particular room.
7. In group booking new rooms can now be added from the available rooms. It has the option to assign a particular room based on the room number.
8. Price restriction feature is added under access control- This feature will give full control of pricing to admin where they can restrict staff from changing the price anywhere in the Stayflexi system.
9. In the Customised report, a delete option is added which will give the option to delete any customised report created by a user.
10. In PMS under room folio calculator option is added under settle dues in cash payment so that front desk staff can calculate the amount easily.
11. In the dashboard under new booking, booking is sorted now based on recent bookings which are coming to the system automatically.
12. The number of nights will be displayed while modifying check-in, Check-out & edit reservation.
13. In Shop, delivery flow is added which will help the shop owner in taking all delivery orders and tracing them with the help of reports.
14. In housekeeping, a supervisor can assign rooms to a particular staff. In-housekeeping room assignment is available now for future dates also.
15. A new payment gateway I.e Easebuzz is available now. Stayflexi is integrated with the easebuzz payment gateway.
16. In the reservation grid name change is done I.e Cancel to Void, release to confirm.
17. In the booking confirmation email, year is added so that guests and hotel have an idea booking is made for which particular year.
18. E-receipt integration is available now with Stayflexi.
19. Protect group (Refundable booking) is available now on the Stayflexi booking engine.

1. In the room folio, a currency converter option is added along with a manual price override option is given where a hotel can also enter the amount manually and convert the currency. Also, a print option is given to print the room folio in desired currency.

1. Option to update or edit the meal plan for an existing booking is given on the folio in case the guest wants to update his booking preference.
Search boxes are added to all POS reports so that users can easily find out particular items with the help of this search functionality.
2. Shift Report is added under report, This report will empower front office operation by keeping a close track of money flow from one shift to another shift along with all the activities performed by a person during his shift
3. Invoice numbers added in POS report order-wise sales summary, This invoice number will give a single view of all the restaurant invoices and it will be helpful at the time of getting all restaurant tax details.
4. Notification or Bell Icon is added in PMS in the new UI, This will update the hoteliers on a real-time basis if any new booking land on the PMS from online channels, booking engine or walk-in along with check-in & check-out.
