We understand how crucial uninterrupted service is, and our technical team is working tirelessly to ensure the system remains healthy.


If you notice a server outage, please follow these steps to minimize impact and maintain operational flow:


  1. Stay Calm and Assured
    • Your data is safe, and all online channel bookings remain unaffected.
  2. Duration of Outage
    • Any outages should last no longer than 10 minutes.
  3. Booking Confirmation
    • During this time, check your email for booking confirmations to stay updated on new reservations.
  4. Walk-In Reservations
    • Manually record walk-in bookings and enter them into the system once it is online.
  5. Prevent Overbooking
    • Keep a small inventory of rooms offline for walk-ins. This helps avoid overbookings from online channels.
  6. Contact Support
    • If the outage persists for more than 10 minutes, please contact us immediately at support@stayflexi.com, and our team will assist you on priority.
