We are interested in hiring a dedicated and energetic individual as a Revenue
Manager to join our Revenue Management Team.
Your ideal goal is to boost the hotel revenue for the assigned portfolio As a Revenue
Manager, you are responsible for managing the OTA segment and work towards the
overall increase on the hotel’s revenue.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Responsible for given portfolio of hotels revenue and loss.
2. Review the monthly forecast, budget and strategies of hotels for the given
   portfolio and suggest the practical necessary actions to maximize the
   revenue on daily basis.
3. Maintain good rapport with hotel team and external channel partners to
   achieve the targeted RevPAR as per the hotel budget.
4. Regular checks on rate parity and promotion parity on the OTAs.
5. Submit the promised reports on timely basis with accurate details.

Requirement

1. Must have 2 years of relevant experience
2. Hospitality or Travel Domain Graduation
3. Should have worked in a hotel either FO / Revenue / Sales.
4. Hands on handling OTA.
5. Good communication skills with fluency in South Languages.
6. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
7. Exceptional attention to detail.
8. Hard and smart working individual.
9. Good time management abilities.
10. Strong decision-making skills.
11. Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
12. Should be good in excel.
13. Experience in Revenue Management.
