Taking It Up A Notch!

Taking your hotel to the next level does not necessarily mean spending a lot of money and making huge investments. It requires to simply enhance what already exists and provide better guest experiences.

Provide Free Wi-Fi

With the use and importance of technology rising day by day, it’s not a great idea to charge for Wi-Fi. Allow your guests access to free and good quality internet. Instead of having to pay for Wi-Fi, the guest can opt for other chargeable services, since this basic amenity is taken care of by you.

Good Quality Coffee and Tea

Let’s face it. Most hotels serving coffee and tea either in complimentary breakfasts or room service are pretty subpar. Take these two morning beverages that tourists really crave and improve it so much that they would order these separately as well. You can provide options of cold-brew and iced coffee or iced tea. Customers who love these beverages, usually consume it more than once a day. If the quality you’re providing is good, the guest would not think twice before ordering for the same and paying for it at any other time of the day.

Teach Your Staff To Reach Out

This is one of the simplest yet most impactful things you can do to up your game. Train your staff to identify and understand guest issues and let them reach out to the guest before they have to. For example, if a guest appears tired after arriving at your hotel offer them some coffee. Additionally, give them a menu card of your restaurant. Yes, you did offer them some complimentary beverage but there are high chances the guest would definitely order for a meal. This simple gesture will elevate the level of hospitality provided and in turn, deliver financial returns.

Good customer service is one of the most important factors to run a successful hotel. Make your guests feel welcome, provide them an experience which makes them recommend you to their friends and family. All you need to do is take it up a notch, by following the above!
