Can my guest re-book with us if booking cancelled?

Yes, Policy of the hotel which provides option to rebook the hotel if the guest has canceled the booking in any circumstances.

To create Rebook policy – Go to Policies – Click on Rebook Polices – Click on

Steps to create Rebook policy –

1. Name your Rebook Policy in the name section –   


2. Write something about your rebook policy.


3. Enter Rebook before and until date when customer can book the room –


4. If you are allowing free rebook click on Yes otherwise No.


5. Rebook Discount Percentage- How much percentage you want to give as a discount.


6. Rebook Reward Type- How you want to give reward to the guest- you can select any of the three options.


7. Once all the above details are filled click on button to continue.
